Breaking: Second Case Of Coronavirus Confirmed In Ogun State


The Minister of Health, Dr Osagie Ehanire, has announced a second case of Coronavirus in Ogun state.

Ehanire announced this today Monday March 9 at a press conference in Benin City, the Edo State capital.

Ehanire briefed reporters at the boardroom of the University of Benin Teaching Hospital, where he gave an update on the coronavirus infection in the country. According to him, the second case met with the Italian patient during his visit to Ewekoro in Ogun state in February.

5 church members die after pastor made them drink rat poison

Five members of a church in South Africa who drank rat poison given to them by their pastor have died. Five members of a South African church have reportedly died after their pastor gave them Sowetan Live had reported how   Pastor Light Monkeyi , the founder of  Grace Living Hope Ministries, had mixed a very potent rat poison called Rattex with water and gave to his members to drink, saying that that death has no power over them as long as they drink the mixture which he said was for nourishment and healing.It was gathered that Pastor Monkeyi had told his members that they were not mere mortals and would not die from drinking the lethal dose of rat poison. It has now been reported that five of the members who drank the mixture   have died while 13 others have been hospitalized. An ex NYSC corps memeber, Abraham Amuta who was abducted by boko haram insurgents has refuses to be free by theem after given an offer. the ex-corps member from Benue State, told those who came to secure his release in Sambisa forest to go home as he has already renounced his Christian faith. Amuta was abducted alongside a Pastor of the Living Faith Church, Moses Oyeleke and few others including a schoolgirl, Ndagiliya Ibrahim Umar in an attack coordinated by the insurgents against motorists along Gwoza road from Maiduguri on April 10, 2019. The abducted persons were on their way to Chibok to deliver humanitarian assistance before the attack.
